Something New!
I’ll start this post off with an announcement, we’re engaged! That’s right, to quote HIMYM, I’m going “from an I to a we.”
Now that we’ve set the basis for this post I can now describe my brilliant idea for the best wedding blog ever. Stop, don’t panic. I’m not suggesting that WAWASS become a wedding blog. Although, that would be a great name considering some of the ridiculous things that people (and by people I mean women) seem to obsess over for a wedding.
No, WAWASS will stay the wonderfully unfocused blog that it is! My idea is simple. I haven’t found a wedding blog written by a man yet. In fact I haven’t even seen a mention of a man actually making 1/2 of the decisions for a wedding. The Boy has the job with the nice normal regular non-crazy hours. I could just let him plan the wedding and I’ll blog about it. It could be the beginning of change that would turn the wedding industry on it’s head. I bet it’d be popular blog, probably with an audience full of snarky doubters. But, it’s the internet, what else would you expect?
